This was a spectacular hotel! It’s in a great location in the city. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional but extra kudos to Billy at the front desk. She was so helpful in every way and made our trip better. Thank you everyone!

I had 2 brief stays in the hotel. The room was spotless on the first occasion, but after a 3 day tour I came back and stayed in another room. This time the floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was litter, toenails and a toothpick on the floor and long hairs on the bathroom floor. However, a manager arrived within 10 minutes of me complaining and the room was cleaned. The room was spacious and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a kettle. Excellent views over the city and a really central location. Good quality breakfast although the meal I had in the restaurant was poor quality but the staff were very attentive. It was yet another hotel with a glass window between bathroom and bedroom, but at least it had a blind that could be lowered for privacy. The shower was over the bath and it was high to step in and out of, which could be a problem for shorter/less able bodied people. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Ulaanbaatar.
