The hotel is overall in need of repairs. It’s run down. The AC semi worked, walls had dents and missing patches, bathrooms had a lot of missing paint and shower didn’t rly work well at all. Will not be staying here again.

Very short time span for breakfast between 6 AM-9AM. Breakfast items were not replenished,limited selections. No option or tag on door for maid service to change bedding. We were informed you need to ask at front desk if there was even anybody working at the desk. Many times had to go back to check to ask. Refrigerator and bathroom floor were filthy!

We stopped for the continental breakfast Tuesday morning, there was only four sausages and a small pile of burnt eggs. Tuesday night woken up at 1am to loud kids in the room next to us, my wife went and pounded on the door and they quieted down until 3am and started again.

One thing I did like was the kindness of the guy in the front desk. Always welcoming me with a smile. Some things I didn’t like were that I barely had service inside the hotel and the wifi wasn’t working correctly for some reason. Also, the bed sheets were kind of dirty which is not very sanitary. As well as the shower.

Good location; nice pool with 3 restaurants within walking distance for dinner; close to Erie beaches; the zoo and golf just 5 minute drive. And only a couple minutes away from the casino. Will stay here again.

Bed was fantastic. Would like to be crdited with a free night or the charge deletes from expedia or refunded from our thursday night stay (august 14) since we had it booked through expedia and was prepaid,but an emergence came up at the last minute and we could not make it until Friday afternoon. We had to reserve Saturday night instead of Thursday and would really appreciate if there was something you could do since we were charged for Thursday too and couldn't make it.If you could give us a future weeknight free stay or refund our money by cancelling the reservation made through expedia or some other credit way we would really appreciate it. THANK-YOU.

I will start with the pros. Very clean and staff was pretty friendly. Sitting as close to Rt 90 as it is, it was extremely quiet. Cons…. Not a one of the 6 usb ports worked in the room. Was not able to charge our phones. Upon entering room we looked everywhere for a remote and couldn’t find one. Went to call down to the desk and that phone didn’t work in the room. Elevator seems to be on its last leg and one trip away from a disaster. The price that we paid for this hotel was definitely not worth it . We do not plan on returning to this hotel ever .

The property was very clean, quiet & a very comfortable bed!!! Easy on/off the interstate. Its only a continental breakfast but you can make waffles. It will be our go to spot when traveling east again. Highly recommend!!
