It was a very nice and comfortable stay. The room was very clean including the bathroom. Everything is close location wise. Came to Splash Lagoon and spent 2 nights. Great deal and very close.

The parking lot is a sheet of ice all over. Dangerous to walk on. No one addressed the icy parking lot at least from last night at 11 pm until 10 am this morning. Front desk was made aware at check-in and he said “there is nothing I can do about it, they know, but nothing has been done.” Front desk at check-out said, “I will have maintenance put salt on it. “ An apology would have been nice.

I booked a one night stay online. I got checked in and went to my event. I got back to the hotel at 9 pm. There was lots of food being opened, screaming in the hall, running and music being played loudly. I wish I would of said something that night and not have waited too the morning but I was alone with a minor in the room. I'm the merging the front desk lady stated a simple apology. She said it was a group of skiers..I wish I would of said something.. not impressed.

Everything i could hope for in a hotel

The bed was sooo soft and comfortable! I sank into it and fell asleep almost instantly. Its rare to find a nice hotel with super soft and comfortable beds, plus free breakfast, at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very nice and the hptel itself was very nice as well

This place needs alot of maintence and the bathrooms were gross. Took 4 rooms to find a suitable room. Even then is was ok. Terlynn at desk watched her phone and didnt even see me. Just keep watching the show. I will be asking hotel for a discount. Staff didnt offer nothing for inconvenience
