The hotel staff went above and beyond for myself and my significant other. We arrived and the first night had screaming kids above us so they moved us. Then we were hit with a snowstorm and the plow trucks weee nowhere to be found to plow the parking lot, however, one of the front desk attendants father was so wonderful helping everyone dug out!! If it wasn’t for the plow issues I would most certainly give 5 STAR REVIEW AND WILL DEF BE RETURNING AS THIS IS MY NEW HOTEL OF CHOICE! :)))

Had reserved two rooms. One room was great but the other was not ready for guests. No towels in bathroom and the beds were not made. The bedding was there so was able to finish making the beds. Did report this to the woman at the desk. Otherwise all was good.

Nice, newer well located facility. Our room was on the street side, 1st floor. Very noisy. There were no washcloths, hand towels or floor towels in the room. Only two thin bath towels.

Staff was friendly but difficult to find most of the time. Breakfast was okay. One day the eggs were watery but warm and the next day they were dry and cold. Coffee was delicious. Amenities in the room were great. Some guests were disrespectful which is when staff was unavailable. View was awesome and the location was convenient to my needs. Best part was I could have my little dog with me.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My problem is I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool; however, it was "closed for maintenance". I went in and it looked fine to me. The hot tub was bubbling. I would call before booking if you are counting on the pool being open.
