My sisters stay.
Booked room for my sisters because our mother was at Hamot nearby. Should have booked additional days. Now they are at Erie lodge a few miles away. I do not recommend booking there.

Property is nice and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast very good. Room was very nice and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location being right on main road into downtown Erie is not the greatest; the current construction in the area is not ideal. Hopefully when construction is complete it will be much better. It is convenient to many attractions and activities. Felt bad for front desk personnel as their a/c was not working. Their area and lobby was very hot and somewhat uncomfortable. Hopefully that's been fixed and they are once again working in comfort and guests are not overwhelmed by heat upon entering lobby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Cobbkestone is a very nice facility.
