Great staff, great breakfast workers and food. Comfort Inn should invest a couple bucks in the building. It wouldn't take much to give it a little love!! Your PEOPLE are wonderful, courteous, helpful, provided everything we wanted during our stay!!!

Those squeeze bottles of shampoo & conditioner mounted in the shower aren’t easy to use especially for older people. That’s my only complaint

The check in clerk, Valerie, was the greatest we've ever had. She was able to quickly switch us to a handicapped room and other contacts with were great. Breakfast was great. Only bad thing was we did not get maid service until we left.

The property had a good amount of seating for the breakfast. The staff were attentive and on task with the performance of their jobs. The breakfast drinks machine was broken and the vending machine options were sparse. The elevator seemed out of service sporadically while I was there. I appreciate the location of the hotel in relation to food options in the area.

Very kind staff on a very neglected property. Broken elevator (only 1 in bldg), dim lighting overall, broken toilet seat, stained linens, feeble AC. Dirty ice machine (black debris). 1st floor rear door doesn’t lock. Old luggage carts sound & maneuver like Conestoga wagons. Watery breakfast offerings (eggs, sausage); however, good coffee. No cover on drained swimming pool. Old tv without channel guide. Whoever owns the property might do well to do some upgrades- the location is quite an asset. But I am sorry- you will probably not see us again.

We had a good stay. Just one night. It was quiet, clean, and this location was nice and close to Presque Isle. The tub and the bathroom sink were a bit slow in draining. Breakfast was good.

Very good place to stay

This was the 3rd time staying here. It's close to the airport and so convenient if you have a flight to catch early in the morning or anytime if you're from out of town. My room was clean, beds were very comfortable. I cannot comment on breakfast because I had an early flight to catch. The staff at check in and check out were very nice, friendly and helpful.
