I reserved a bayfront view room and that’s what I got however the windows were filthy. They were full of bugs dirt cobwebs it was disguisting. The carpet wasn’t vaccines because I got a tiny piece of glass stuck in my foot and I had no glass in my room at all.

**Good location and views, but overpriced for the experience** This hotel offers a clean, comfortable room with a beautiful bay view that was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The infinity pool was closed during our visit, and the indoor pool was disappointingly small. The north elevator was out of service, which created some inconvenience, and the Starbucks location appeared understaffed with longer wait times than expected. While the amenities were adequate and the location appealing, the hotel feels significantly overpriced for what you actually receive. It's a decent place to stay if you can get a good rate, but at full price, there are likely better value options in the area.

Nice property, clean room very nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Only complaint would be paying 16.00 dollars a night to park in the outdoors parking lot and paid extra for a Bayview and window was filthy covered in bugs and spiders webs, so couldn't really enjoy the view.

The property has become quite tired. Overall cleanliness and room maintenance has deteriorated since our last stay. Our room had dry dog food stuck in the carpet, the windows were filthy and a cupboard door hanging off the hinge. Dog excrement in the corridor was disgusting. Given the cost to stay at this waterfront property we expected a much better experience. Disappointing stay.

Not worth the money!

We were so excited to stay here and splurged on a room here even though it was priced very high. We arrived to our room on the 4th floor to a very unpleasant smell. When we went to open the window we noticed that the curtains were all ripped in various spots. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. Our kids were so excited for the infinity pool, only to find out it was roped off and no one could tell guests why. We swam in the indoor pool which didn't have enough towels and we were talking with another mom that said a worker told her an hour before that that they would be back to restock the towels and never came back. All in all for almost $400 a night one would expect a better hotel. Just be aware that you are paying an outrageous amount so look at the bay. If it was anywhere else in the city it would have been $100/night. We will not be staying here again.

The views from a Bayside room are breath-taking! Hotel room doors don't slam! Housekeeping was extremely friendly and attentive. Loved that the hotel is dog-friendly and povides ample green space. But we were surprised at the very expensive parking fees- with parking not in the same building, and the lack of a free breakfast buffet.

Beautiful view. Great food. Very friendly staff. However our bathtub was dirty; there was hair and grime along the wall. One of the elevators was broken which made doing laundry very difficult. And although the swim hours were posted as 6am to 10pm, the 2 pools and the hot tub would close every mid-morning for an hour while they added chemicals; even telling people that were currently swimming to get out. Seems like something they should do overnight.
