Stay at this hotel to walk to Splash, BUT the staff is checked out for the most part, they don't even light clean your room everyday, the hallways stink/dirty, and rooms need updated and better beds/blankets. They removed the stoves (still seen pics) and now only have cooktops that were slow to heat. They bathroom toilets clog easily! Wallpaper is bubbling, paint peeling on doors, bathrooms tiny, and carpets were dingy.

I requested first floor near lobby, as usual I got second floor furthest room to walk too Asked for different room that I had requested and they said because I booked through a third party ( meaning you ) my request was not valid. This is why I may just call hotel directly and not use a third party

I reserved a room specifically with a jacuzzi which I did not get . The fireplace didn’t work. The bedroom door didn’t close. It was incredibly loud late into evening and very early the next morning. Very unsatisfied for what was supposed to be a relaxing night away .

Very old and run down which isn't a bad thing as the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast could have been better as it definitely lacked variety (no meat, muffins, fruit - something that's usually offered at hotels with breakfast )
