Not only was the property clean the pools, slides and hot tub didn’t have that high-chlorine, eye burning smell you find in most indoor water park type of hotels. It was an amazing change to be able to sit and watch the kids play without my eyes watering, and nose running. It was even better when the kids didn’t come up to me crying that their eyes burned. The breakfast was good and the staff was amazing with the kids. I will be back to this hotel!

Stayed with grandkids who totally loved the water park area! I was impressed with how the staff kept up on keeping towels stocked for the participants. The breakfast was incredible! Room was very clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay again when on the same route of travel

My family and I have visited this Northeast,Pa property for years because of Splash Park,this year however incident in water changed all that. Apparently someone got sick in the park and it was shut down for most of our visit. I know things happen but I felt some sort of compensation would have been nice,perhaps passes for customers for 12-4pm to come some afternoon during the week??Probably ruined our family revisiting ):

Pretty nice place. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough but if you’re on a family trip, the water slide is a hit. My one and only complaint actually was in regards to the buffet. The food actually was quite good and contained more options than one usually finds in these types of hotels. But while we had those multi-use toiletries in our room, the dishes in the dining room were all single use and the styrofoam. Since this is a company doing business for example in CA, I would expect they can at least have paper products or even recyclable/compostable dishes for their breakfast buffet.

Water Park an Extra
Great Holiday Inn. The little water park was an extra perk. Rooms were very clean. Walls must be thick because the rooms were very very quiet. Will definitely remember this place the next time we are in Erie!
