When I checked in the girl at the front was very rude and when I checked out she don’t release the money from the credit card and then when I called and asked I haven’t received the money and the manager told me they were going to hold it for 14 days and told me to go handle it with the bank. Then he proceeded the hang up the phone on my face, plus I still haven’t gotten my money.

Overall we had a great stay. We're able to check in early but couldn't use the main pool until much later due to the chlorine levels not being up to standard. Some of the lights in our room didn't work and a very very musty smell at first walking into the room. After kicking the AC on 62° and fan consistent it went away fast. After a few mishaps the first day. Every other day was beyond perfect. Breakfast was delicious!!! So was the maids!!!
