The room was okay but the carpet had some issues, all of our socks, slippers and shoes ended up with a black residue on them. I was not pleased with that. Plus, we had issues using the key card and had to go to the office twice to have someone come to help us. The handle needed to be turned upward ad was very difficult to use. I did bring the issue with the carpet to the front desk when we checked out, not sure if anything was done, I did not hear from them. Thank you

This is the cleanest value-priced hotel I’ve ever booked—very pleased with the attention to cleanliness. Late check-in was handled seamlessly; convenient location just off the interstate.

Property needs to be cleaned better and better maintenance. Sheets and bathroom are clean but the carpets and overall areas are not cleaned well enough by housekeeping. We've stayed here several times and this time was disappointed with the cleanliness.

Perfect overnight stop. Clean with comfortable beds. Only issue was the entrance was hard to find and one way road made it hard to get back.

The door to our room was very hard to open. One of the girls at the front desk was very helpful & helped us open it. It continued to be very difficult to open & was a huge inconvenience.

Decent room, unfortunate smell.
The first room we were given was dirty and smelled of mildew. A different room was given and while much cleaner it also had a mildew smell. I’ve stayed here before with no issues or smells; maybe it was a fluke. Reasonably priced for a basic room and short stay.

Wouldn’t stay again, especially by myself.
The only person there was rude. The hotel was super sketchy, no soap or shampoo. Found $10 under the mattress so I’m guessing they don’t look under there. I was instantly looking for bed bugs as soon as I walked in. 😖

Not sure where the very good ratings came from. Room smelled musty, toilet seat gross- not cleaned, no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, no breakfast, no room coffee pot. Only one person/manager working the desk, and they were not available for check in at arrival due to doing something else on the property. Signs everywhere that the entire property is smoke free, but a guest smoking a cigarette and filling the whole check in space with smoke when I arrived- nothing said to him by the manager.

The bed was like cardboard, didn’t sleep well and tv remote did not work so we couldn’t watch tv. Room was very clean.

For one night, not bad. I dont think I would stay for a while though. The carpet turned our feet black, so wear socks or shoes. Other than that, for the price, not terrible.
