We have been coming to this hotel for years. Never had any issues until this year. They advertise as having a pool. No where does it say the pool is closed or will be closed for the season. I spent extra time getting pool "stuff" ready and packed only to get there and find out that the pool is not open this year. Not only was I a mad Mama but I have two very upset children.

My sheet had a cigarette hole and chard marks. Lip stain on it as if the cleaning people didn’t bother changing the sheets before we got there. The sink that’s meat to be in the bathroom was actually in our room by the front door.

Do NOT stay here! If I could give 0 stars I would! The clerks were friendly but the Manager, Ankur, was extremely unprofessional & yelled at me over the phone. The first room, 111 had brown goo dripping from the bathroom exhaust. The bedding was filthy! There was shoe prints on the inside of the comforter and old blood stains. Then we noticed fresh blood on the blankets. When I complained to the front desk they gave us room 112, which had unidentified stains on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. There was black mold on the hallway ceiling. If I hadn't driven 14 hours that day & was desperately tired I would have continued to drive! When I called the next day to speak with the Manager he kept yelling at me, talking over me, was extremely disrespectful, and unhelpful. This place should be condemned by the health department. If I could submit photos I would.

I’ve stayed here before and the property has gone downhill. The exterior doors around the hotel were broken so you couldn’t use your key pass, the pool was not open this summer and the grounds around the facility were in disrepair. The location worked for us as not being far from Presque Isle.
