Very clean. Room was nice. I asked for a 1st floor room or close space because I was on crutches. I was put on the 4th floor as far away From the elevator as they have. I was told because my room was already paid for this was my only option. They were not at all fully booked. Also - no breakfast which was not as big of a deal as the physical hardship of trying to get to a room after a long travel day

Nice, new, clean hotel convenient to the Burlington/Erlanger area. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was great for a couple nights’ stay. I didn’t really need the kitchenette but it was nice to have and came with pots, pans, colander, etc for some small meals.

The hotel appears new, modern and clean. The suite we reserved included a range, dishwasher, refrigerator and sink. Plenty of pillows. My only issue is the light colored plank flooring in the entrance kitchenette area appeared dirty. Looked as if clumps of mud had been ground into the groved planks. We were so tired and late checking in I did not complain. I did attempt to mop the floor with a soapy rag with no luck. Needed a scrub brush...lol. Over all I am pleased with our stay and the price point was great. If I had a prolonged stay this would be my #1 option compared to other long stay options in the area.

The hotel is close to the airport and even closer (a straight shot down the road) to multiple restaurants and shopping. Given that the property is still new, the room and amenities are excellent and everything is fresh. I would happily live here if renting were an option!

Clean and comfortable
Candlewood Suites is a newer hotel with a modern feel. There was a patio garden in the back with grills and a fire pit. My room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was a good size and had dove amenities. There was a nice area outside the bathroom where you could hand clothes or put them in drawers. A laundry basket is provided if you need to use the on site laundry.
