Great location, friendly staff and overall a nice experience. The room is very basic.

Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used. Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful. I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

Loved the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the roof top bar was a nice find for great views of the city. The hotel is a very short walk from the Central station and right behind Grand Place making it super convenient. The food & beer choices at their restaurant could have been better given the options around but not too bad either. All in all loved the hotel and would go back if in that area.
