Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Pool and hot tub very nice. Breakfast was just adequate. Signage needed outside ASAP. Under new ownership.

Rented a suite the heat didn't work then they gave me a regular room that didn't fit my needs told me to wait they we're getting in contact with the owner waited so long fell asleep on the bed woke up with a tick on my neck 😞😞 very disappointed with this place and nothing worked in the hotel including the sauna will definitely not be returning to this place. Didn't even sleep under the sheets waiting for the gentleman to let us know if we were getting what we paid for. Very disappointed and ended my trip to Michigan and went back home to Illinois

It could be a nice hotel however apparently there is a change of ownership and with it a lack of care in the facility. No front desk help on checking out. That was left to the kitchen help and that person had no experience in that process. I booked and paid through hotels.com and when I checked in they had no reservation although it had been prepaid. It needs a lot of updating.
