Very outdated. Peeling wallpaper on the walls. Cracked ceiling in the room. Room had a weird smell. Lobby was not inviting. Area behind front desk was a mess.

The first room we were checked into, the bathroom ceiling was literally covered in black mold! The TV also didn’t work, but it didn’t matter because I immediately requested a new room. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful and switched us right away. The next room was fine, although the TV didn’t work in that one either! We were exhausted from traveling all day though and didn’t feel like switching again so just dealt with it. My son loved the pool, although it was extremely cloudy. Breakfast was great, large selection. Overall just an okay stay.

My problem with check in was expedia's problem .My reservation was incorrect. It was very difficult to find out how to contact expedia, when I did get through I reached a foreign representative who had english that was very difficult for me to understand, charged 36 dollars more. I was standing in a lobby and he made me repeat my credit card number 4 times. The interchange with expedia took 30 minutes.

Toilet seat loose, toilet not clean enough. Bugs and dust on window sill. Mini fridge noisy, cleaning crew still working when we arrived at 9:30 and noisy in hall as we tried to get to sleep.
