Property is not well kept. The rooms need a deep clean, curtains are falling, I saw accumulated dust, and the rooms have a weird smell. Staff was nice.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el cuarto en el cuarto #408 hable a recepción y si me atendieron pero ellos le hablaron a mantenimiento y ellos los ignoraron después de una hora ya eran las.11:40pm de la noche cuando nos asignaron el cuarto#402 y ese cuarto apestaba a drenaje ya no tuvimos más tiempo para cambiarnos ya estamos muy cansados yo y mi familia

My family and I had an excellent experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet! The location is good. The rooms are very nice, well decorated and spacious. Our room got direct sun, so we were not able to open the drapes and enjoy the mountain view. Even with the drapes closed, the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. Other than that, we had a very good stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
