First off….beautiful venue . The family and I loved that aspect of it. However the check in process is absolutely terrible. We showed up 1 hour after check in and the line was out the door. I waited 30 minutes to get to the desk. Once at the desk another 15 minutes. Why on earth would you need 15 minutes to check me in once you are talking to me. I had the card and ID ready. Then…sorry your room isn’t ready. Again I’m here an hour after check in time. So finally checked in, ok thanks we’ll call you when your room is ready, please go over to that desk to get the parking ticket. What the f……. I just checked in I need to go over there to another line? Yep….Damn cool place but please look into some process efficiency because it is fregun terrible. The family ended up enjoying the stay but to start out the trip like that just left a bad taste in the mouth.

First time staying here and we had a great time. The pool was close by with a fun waterslide! Dining options are limited on the actual property but it was ok for us. The grounds were beautiful and quiet, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

The rooms desperately need some updating. Chipped and scratched paint all over the room/shades, outdated furniture and color schemes. The jacuzzi tub in our room easily looks 30+ years old.

The place was great esp with the kids. We love how they have alot of activities available for guest. The only drawback was room service. We called in for extra pillows the first day we arrived. It never came despite my follow up call even after the 1hr turn around time. My husband called the following day again and same thing, never came even with follow up. We just gave up and didnt bother to request for it again.

I love the esthetics of the resort. The staff were very nice in showing you around when you get lost of the humongous resort. The only issue I had was at checking in. We got there at 1 and dwcided to see if maybe our room was ready. The front desk receptionist could not find my reservation by my itinerary or reservation number which was very embarrassing. I waited for almost an hoyr before tge manager finally found it. Once they found it I thought okay we should be able to get our room right away. Right away I was told our room is not ready and that they would text us when it is ready. Surprisingly, everyone wlse were being assigned their rooms right away. Ti make the story short, I came back 2 hours later when our roomnis supposed to be ready at 4 b/c that's is the check in time, the room was still nit ready. We waited until about 5pm for our room to be ready.
