False advertisment/horrible rooms

FALSE ADVERTISMNET! I was with my infant daughter and sister and DID NOT FEEL SAFE! i am still waiting on my refund , the room/property was dirty floor was sticky, walls were damaged and stained, the blinds were all broken and didnt close, there was no fire alarm, microwave didnt work, the ac didnt work room was hot the frond door was damaged. I went to tell them to cancel my room and she tried to "upgrade me" and she tried to offer me to stay in an other room and too me to their show rooms they have posted onlline.

Absolutely terrible POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -Didn’t have the King Room I booked online when I arrived; charged me the same price for the Queen Room downgrade; refused to discount -Room had dirty sheets. Woman acted as if it was inconvenient for her to provide me with clean sheets DISGUSTING ROOMS -Flies and ants in the rooms -Dirty sheets! Stains and hair in the sheets -Hair on the walls in the shower -Black mold in the grout GARBAGE AMENITIES -Prison-grade soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels -Slowest possible Wi-Fi. Totally useless for trying to work -Broken AC machine SKETCHY ENVIRONMENT -Management allows customers to blast ghetto music at night from the parking lot -Can’t sleep with the window open due to street-walkers in the hallways smoking cigarettes -Chinese owned and operated hotel – probably a money laundering operation Absolutely terrible.

Rodeway Inn lying about their "paid" guests...

Just a few things that happened at this stay: - entering the room without notification - tv + volume turning off/on randomly/reloading - no closet - no dresser - queen sized bed - lamps unstable While i was there the front desk staff acknowledged all my complaints. But when i checked out they wanted me to pay the full value of a king size room, when they checked me into a room with a queen bed, with no closets or a dresser, broken tv, and a taped security latch. When i came back to from eating, the tape was removed. A worker came into my room without permission or notification. The only reason I knew the tap was missing was because I remembered it was there before I left. I was told to call the general manager Sergio Garcia. I've been calling since the 7/17/25 he has yet to show up or call. After all that, they had the audacity to tell hotels.com that they checked me into the correct room. This was infuriating, and this is why I writing this review. It's horrible to lie, but it's more atrocious when they lie about things that could be proven. I have pictures and videos of the room they said I didn't stay in. I've already contacted their ethics department. The Better Business Bureau will be next, until they refund me for the room I never got. These people will smile in your face, and lie as soon as you leave. Don't trust this place to keep you safe....
