Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel

Banyoda sorunlar var, oda temiz, konum iyi

Oda temizdi fakat banyoyu ilk kullandığınız andan itibaren hijyenden bahsedemeyiz. Çünkü duş başlığındaki sorundan dolayı duş alanının dışına fışkıran su eğimin iyi olmamasından dolayı banyoda birikti. Ayak havlusu ve otel terlikleri ıslandı. Banyodan çıkınca ıslak terlikleri giyip oluşan birikintinin içinden geçmek zorundasınız. Ertesi güne kadar birikinti kurumadı ve her tuvalete girdiğimizde giysimizin paçaları ıslanması diye kıvırdık. Ertesi gün temizlik sırasında yerdeki su paspaslanır sanmıştık ama odaya geldiğimizde yine birikinti duruyordu. Banyoda havlu asma yeri kopmuştu banyo havlusu koyacak yer yoktu. Tuvalet kapısı menteşesi sarkmıştı. Kapısı kapanmıyordu. Lavabonun üstünde tavanda rutubet vardı. Gece 10 da ekstra yastık rica etmek için resepsiyona indiğimde HC ekibi olmadığı için yardımcı olamayacağını söyledi personel. Diyelim çocuklu bı ailenin çocugu gece altına kaçırdı, değiştirmek için ertesi gün HC ekibi mi beklenecekti? Gündüz resepsiyondaki bayan çalışanlar gidilecek yerlerle ilgili soru sorduğumuzda yardımcı oldular. Otel konum olarak güzel, odunpazarına yürüyerek 10 dakikada gidebiliyorsunuz. Otelin tam karşışında doyuran kahvaltı salonu var, yan tarafında Bafra pidecisi var, yemeye fırsatımız olmadı ama lezzetli görünüyordu. Balaban kebap salonuna da 5 dakika uzaktaymış ama sıra beklemek gerekir diye oraya da gitmedik.

Çift kişilik yatak tercihimiz vardı, 2 single bed verildi, Tuvalette el havlusu yoktu, havluluk da kırıktı, klozet üstünkörü temizlenmişti. Yatakların konforu güzel, oda rahat, eksikler tamamlansaydı tam not alabilirdi.

Positiv: - im Zentrum - grosses Zimmer - grosses Bett und gemütlich.Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen - Receptionsmitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit - gute Wifi-Verbindung Negativ: - In der Duschkabine gab es Wasserpfützen und es war deckig. Ich habe nicht geduscht, weil ich Angst hatte krank zu werden wegen der mangelnden Hygenie - Die Armaturen waren dreckig und verkalkt - Der Klodeckel war verdreckt - Der Zimmerboden war dreckig, so dass die Hausschuhen mit Haaren und dreck behaftet waren - Putzpersonal grüsst nicht - Fernseher empfang kein Signal Fazit: Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel eine gute Alternative, jedoch für mehrere Tage lieber ein sauberes Hotel vorziehen.
