Property needs updates. Location is very good.

Hotel was beautiful and in the best location! The pier for tour pickup is right out front and everything is within walking distance. Max greeted us at check-in and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was great and filling, with an amazing rooftop view. The only negatives were: we had confirmed hotel pick-up, however no one was there when we arrived. I think just a miscommunication using the chat feature. The water pressure in the shower was low with no hot water, which was no biggie for us, but maybe a deal breaker for others. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.

We had a wonderful stay! Jose the owner/manager helped make our 25th anniversary extra special! The rooms are clean and large and loved the balcony, hammocks!This is a great place to.stay, very close to beaches and snorkeling, sunsets. It's a great location, safe, an easy walk to town or quick easy cab ride.The staff is super helpful at arranging rides or give directions or advice or answers questions. The breakfast is good too. I would highly recommend staying here, glad we did, only wish I could have stayed longer! So nice and so much to do/see!

Cathy is the restaurant host in the hotel . She made us feel at home, providing prompt food service. The hotel is simple but walking distance to every thing including Airport. We will be back!

L’appartement est génial de jour. C’est situé au-dessus d’une buanderie qui fonctionne 24/7 avec les tuyaux qui communiquent = glou-glou-glou dans les drains toute la nuit. Également situé en face d’un parc où les jeunes se rassemblent pour boire et hurler jusqu’aux petites heures.
