Good location Impeccable Service

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff are not only professional and extremely efficient they are friendly and approachable. Whoever appoints and trains the staff does an excellent job. The rooms are clean and bathrooms well equipped. Breakfasts provided variety and again helpful and friendly staff. Many cafes are found within walking distance. I would certainly stay again at Hotel Maximilians.

One Night at the Maximilians Essen

Really good hotel room in Central Essen. Room was very comfortable with good Wi-Fi connection and work station. Breakfast in the morning had an excellent selection with lots of choice. On check out I received a lunch box which was unexpected but a very good gesture - it was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Proximity to Messe Essen was a huge plus, clean hotel and room, very accommodating staff, walking distance to many restaurants. Could not have had a better stay.

Loud but pleasant

There was construction going on in the hotel, so there was noise starting at 9am. Parking was a challenge, but the room was clean & breakfast was great.

Great hotel, shame about the parking

Hotel was great, service was excellent, breakfast was very good and the bed was really comfortable, best sleep for weeks. BUT parking is tricky, yes the hotel has parking spaces, 5 of them, after that you have to take your chances on finding on street parking before you can check in. Not much that the hotel can do about this however with its location. Would I stay again, most definitely but I would get there earlier!

Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Schönes Badezimmer. Alles sehr gepflegt. Zimmergrößen scheinen recht unterschiedlich zu sein (EZ). Sehr angenehme Frühstücksatmosphäre, gute Qualität mit Smoothies etc. Einziges kleines Minus die Aufbackbrötchen. Super Lage, wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte.
