La peor experiencia que eh tenido en 16 años que tengo viajando, eh visitado 33 paise y jamas en mi vida había tenido una tan terrible y desagradable experiencia como esta . Primero el lugar está bien ubicado , pero llegue de Brasil en un vuelo al medio día y prácticamente les rogué que me guardaran las maletas , Ojo ni siquiera pedí habitación por que entendía que del check-in es la 3pm. NOOO solo quería que yo u mi familia ( 5 personas ) estábamos literal en la calle con las maletas. No hay mas que un chat de WhatsApp. Dios que batalla , literal estábamos en la calle como indigentes , les envie fotos de las condiciones y que va, Después de hora y media en la calle se dignaron a ayudar , pasè la vergüenza de mi vida , lo que nunca, fue horrible. Luego les pido de favor que me dejaran las maletas al irme 3 horas porque me retrasaron el vuelo de regreso a casa y la re4spuesta fue un GRAN NO. si usted esta leyendo esto ,porfavor NO use este lugar , aparte éramos 5 , y solo habían 4 toallas y nunca jamás fueron a chekiar y?o etc, y es que NO hay forma de comunicarse con nadie , solo msj vía WhatsApp y responden después que pasan horas, Jamas ni gratis me volvería a hospedar en un lugar con una administración tan funesta . A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

Noise of a construction in the premises. Spa not working, compensation with a free massage in the room from management.

Window and patio door not working. Very noisy busy street location. Guest need to be buzzed in the lobby

Amazing hotel from multiple perspectives: 1. Rooms - spacious and beautifully designed. We stayed in room with king bed x2, and the rooms were able to be connected when asked to provide convenience. Marble all through the bathroom, large bathtub, with heated floor to provide comfort. Nice sized bed with good support with comfortable mattress + pillows providing a good night’s sleep. Block out curtains, turndown service without requesting. 2. Location - walking distance to Palaza de Mayo, close to nice cafe and restaurants 3. Service - attentive and quick, front desk speaks good English. Was able to offer earlier check in at 12pm when asked. 4. Breakfast - buffet breakfast provides more options of fruits, sweets and pastries rather than savoury food which was fine for us however would have loved to see more Argentinian based savoury dishes. À la carte option also available. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again! Recommended to anyone who would like to enjoy a great rest whilst visiting BA.
