Hotel was clean and had a very nice pool,however the wifi in our room did not work and they didnt offer any help or discount for us. The food in the buffet for breakfast was ice cold every morning which was very disappointing!

Really impressed!
The last few reviews on other sites weren’t that positive about Ona Diana, but I have to say, I was really impressed with this site. The rooms were great, staff really helpful, pool area super clean, and great food and drinks available.

Brilliant
Brilliant stay. Went away with my dad to watch the football over a few days. Twin room was lovely, very clean, spacious enough with AC, clean towels daily and beds made. Good selection of foods for breakfast, (didn’t have the evening meals) Supermarket right next door with an Aldi across the road and a huge selection of restaurants either side of the hotel. Pool was also really nice and clean around the outside. Staff were also very friendly, always helpful and brilliant. The location might seem a little out of Puerto Banus and Marbella, however, the front desk were always helpful when booking taxis to get to where we needed t, they arrived in good time and only cost €10-€15 Would definitely recommend and would stay again if the football is located nearby once more

This is really a working person's hotel along with casual travellers. If you bear that in mind, it's fine. Friendly staff. Shops and restaurants quite close, plenty of parking, although local residents have marked some spots as theirs with makeshift signs. If you are on holiday the pool and sunbathing areas are good and uncrowded if a little noisy from the motorway. Wifi needs a bit of a boost.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were very clea the pool was amazing very refreshing, and the food was exquisite, the only thing that lets it down is the location as you are surrounded by busy roads however that does mean that public transport is readily available. It was terrible. When we arrived at our rooms it smelt so bad. It was as if someone had left a number two in the toilet. The beds were so uncomfortable. Was so uncomfortable that we had to leave 3 days early. Even sink was an issue.
