I would recommend to anyone and we will stay again

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Great location and a perfect way to spend a romantic weekend! Highly recommend!

Terrible experience, staff were aggressive and rude. Not helpful at all, didn't even show me the room or around the resort. Any questions I asked were not answered, now I'm charged another $250 and I don't know what this is. The concierge was "sick" during my entire stay, and no one was there taking his place. When I asked reception for simple questions they said "it's not my job, its concierge job" meanwhile concierge was no where to be found. Overall room was dirty washroom had had hair in the sink and shower, the beach we didnt access due to weather during our 4 say samtay. Not once we were able to access but we got charged additional for that regardless. This was my birthday gift to my mom, and i let reception know but they did not do anything special for her, didnt even smile...
