We really enjoyed an overnight trip to Estes Parl and this hotel was a great, convenient home base. Staff was super helpful, the bon fires at night were an awesome way to relax, the property was quiet and extremely clean. Only downside was the very small size of the room, if you’re traveling with children I imagine that would be quite claustrophobic.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights with kids. The motel staff is very helpful. They suggested a few very good options to plan our trip. Room was clean albeit a bit small. Breakfast was all right. Overall, we would stay here again!

Last minute high season reservation was a relative bargain. Decent remodel of an older property. liked the mini split heat/AC, decent size tv, decent continental breakfast, park at door convenience, off season for outdoor pool but the available neighbor resort pool and hot tub were good for the area. Our 2 queen room was very small, no room for a table for laptop. Dish network TV channel selection was horrible, none of the usual network or news channels. Breakfast area small and awkward, crowded at times. May be a good choice for you if the cons aren't concerning

If you’re claustrophobic, this room was not for you. Furnishings were a little dated, but that was the only downside to my review. The staff were wonderful, breakfast was great, they had a nice fire pit with chairs, free popcorn and s’mores, cornhole, snacks in the lobby and games you can borrow. Lots of fluffy towels and nice body products. Super close to the park. A nice water filling station to fill water bottles.

Good location for getting to Rocky Mountain NP. Quiet. Clean. Super friendly staff. Good dinner recommendation at the Rock Inn. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room was super small but we made it work. Loved the s’mores!! Breakfast options were good enough for us.
