This was a beautiful location. Definitely recommend. You are right by a river and some good trails. The only thing was the maintenance/ housekeeping on the golf cart knocked on our door two hours before check out and apologized but proceeded to wait the rest of the two hours outside the room in the cart for us to leave so it felt a bit rushed.

We were offered a cabin upgrade at the last minute and decided to take the offer. Having the private cabin with all the upgraded amenities was worth every penny! It was secluded, quiet 'neighbors' on both sides of us, beautiful view of the babbling brook that is Fall River through this area. We saw plenty of Elk, Deer and Wild Turkeys wandering around the property, drinking from the river, and generally just being chill, but still wild, animals. The staff were super friendly and understanding about our wants and needs, kept us informed of everything and made checkout a breeze. They had all sorts of amenities to buy in the front office, as well (but not a computer mouse!), including multiple bottles of champagne and wine, if that's your thing. This place is close enough to the good stuff, but off the beaten path, everyone always passes it going to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's not really within walking distance of anywhere but the Wapiti down the road, unless you like walking 4-5 miles. It's close enough to the Big Horn Diner, and Safeway is just a straight shot down the highway, so no way of getting lost there and back. After our most recent visit, we've found a place we want to stay when in town, and that's the Private Cabins at The Inn At Fall River. The view was lovely, the staff was knowledgable and friendly, and every care was taken care of. The fall flowers I ordered filled the cabin with their scent, it was quite an awesome surprise for the wife.

OMG ! Our suite was very large, comfortable, see through fireplace for bedroom and living room, 2 televisions, modern and beautifully decorated! River runs through property. Various types of accommodations on property. Staff was over the top amazing. Very attentive, responsive and polite. Close to Rocky National Park and Estes Park. Saw herds of elk waking through Estes Park. Wonderful !

Really short drive to downtown Estes, great property, spacious rooms and quit atmosphere. Only downside was the bar was closed when we were staying there, but could still order drinks at the office for a good price. Heaters inside the room were a game changer!

The Inn on Fall River was a great quiet getaway in the mountains. While we only stayed for 2 nights, we had a great experience from check in (which required nothing more than receiving a text) to check out (which was very easy). The room was clean and very comfortable. The light show along the river was fun touch. The location is perfect. If I am ever out near the RMNP again, I will stay here again.

The Serenity Suite was an excellent choice. Deer were eating from the bushes when we arrived. It is a corner unit and there is a fire pit next to the river where we enjoyed a nice outdoor fire. The private hot tub on the patio was not working properly but there was a communal one we we did get to soak in, but would have perfered the privacy since we did pay for it. Would go again, just check the temperature of the tub before the office closes at 9pm.

The Inn at Fall River was incredible. Beautiful room and nice amenities. Easy to get into the room on day of check in and easy to check out. The view from the back deck was beautiful. Also the ease of getting in and out of Estes Park was great. If I go again, I'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

A night on the River
Fantastic property right on the river. There is a fireplace in the room that uses wood. The deck was right on the river so you could just sit and listen all day and night. There is a mini kitchenette with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, plates & silverware. This place was wonderful. We would definitey stay here again.

Amazing!
After coming off a horrendous stay at the Hilton Denver City Center, we were wary of our next hotel, but this place was a dream! We were regretting not booking a longer stay. Super location, cozy room with a balcony, no contact check in, just perfect! The only negative would be that parking is tight, but we managed to find a spot each time we needed to!
