Pros The location is great. 4 minutes from RMNP. Close to Estes Park too. Self check in was nice. Had a lock box with keys in it for the door. Cons We paid extra for an updated room. It was still very dirty. The towels all had stains on them and had a brown color to them. We wanted to get more towels because we only got 2 but there was no service desk so no one to ask so I had to use the hand towels. The carpet was also stained. The walls had brown streaks on them. I don’t think the heater had been dusted since it was put in. Plus it was either no heat or 100 degrees. No in between. The door was very tricky to lock. We always had to try it 3-4 times before we could get it to lock. It would lock on the bottom but not the top most of the time. The parking lot is WAY too small. We had chevy 1500 truck and it barely fit between the lines and it stuck out past the lines into the parking lot. I was sure someone was going to door ding or hit us while we were parked there. We will definitely pay extra to get a better place next time!

Cute place. Easy check in instructions. WiFi wasn’t good at all. Ice machine wasn’t working. We shouldn’t need to empty the trash, should be included.

We stayed in the river suites. The smell of cedar was amazing! The fireplace worked well and the water was nice and hot! Perfect spot for traveling to RMNP and Estes. We didn’t get a chance to eat at Wapiti but the drinks were mixed well and strong! The only reason why it’s not a 5 star for us is that the wifi was spotty, the tv didn’t work well, and the ice machine was always empty. Other than that everything was great

Nice stay in Estes Park

Very nice little motel in Estes Park, Colorado. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities, including a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave oven. It’s located very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain national Park and makes it very convenient for going in and out of the park.

I loved staying here with my family! It reminded me of summer camp. From the decor and cabins to the fire pit and sports equipment you can borrow! I will definitely stay here again!

What a cute room! Super comfy bed. The water pressure could have been better, but the room was perfect. Parking and navigation in the dark was fun, but the resort was wonderful. Fireplace in the room, porch, and clean! Love the no contact check in and keyless rooms.
