Loved that they have free good coffee and tea all day long in the lobby! My room wasn’t made but maybe that’s because they don’t clean rooms everyday? No free breakfast but it doesn’t seem like that’s a thing in Estes Park. 10 min walk to food and the Main Street.

We were assigned to the West Wing which was located a ways fron the main building and the amenities. Building is old, no elevator and small rooms. They were clean and adequate for sleeping but the rates in this part of the hotel should be much less than those in the main building.

We used this as a place to stay for visiting Rocky Mtns. National Park. We just needed a place to sleep, eat and shower. It served that purpose well. If you have children that love to swim and play in a pool the hotel has a lovely pool. Many of the rooms face the pool so you would want to request those. If you have a disability or struggle with mobility you will want to avoid the "west wing" in the back as there is no elevator and you will need to drag your luggage up and down stairs. Ate breakfast at the hotel and it was adequate. Nothing fancy but good. I would stay here again.

The property itself was amazing and had anything we could have needed. The issue we had was arrival/check in. Check in was supposed to begin at 4 PM and upon arrival, we were told there were still no rooms available. We were unable to check in to our room for another 45 minutes, which cut into our time visiting the area. Other than this, we had friendly staff, a clean comfortable room, and loved the 24 hour water and coffee stations

I inadvertently left my credit card at the hotel restaurant. The next day I noticed it was not in my wallet. I called the front desk and they told me it was in their safe and that they would have shredded it if not claimed 24 hours after they discovered it. When asked why they didn’t contact me as I was a registered guest, they said that was not their policy. I find this unusual.
