Room heater wasn’t on and we didn’t know so room was cold. Breakfast was pretty basic. Empty motel room alarm went off and woke everyone up around 2am. Staff dealt with it immediately though.

The hotel is amazing and the people at the front desk were also amazing. The woman that worked in the breakfast area was horrible and very, very rude. Apparently they had had many complaints about her but overall a great experience.
