The check-in process was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by staff, and the line was extensive. The assistant who processed our check-in did not offer a welcome or express gratitude for our patience, and their demeanor suggested a lack of job satisfaction. Furthermore, at 8:00 a.m., we discovered that the breakfast service had run out of eggs, which was the sole protein option available. While the hotel itself was clean, modern, and offered comfortable beds, there is a clear need for comprehensive staff training in politeness and hospitality. The overall hospitality experience was notably poor for a hotel.
