Staff was excellent. I accidentally left some personal items in the side table drawer, and Jen (?) facilitated a UPS pickup and delivery of the items, which arrived at my door two days later! No charge from the hotel, only the UPS fee. I was very impressed with the overall trip. The room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Very clean facility. Staff was friendly. Breakfast on first day was pretty much gone (I saw school bus so that's probably why lol) but second day was really good. Room is nice. Walking distance to restaurant and stores.

Room was mostly clean. Staff was mostly nice. Room was next to an electrical room that made a very loud buzzing noise for an about 10sec every few hours (including late night/early morning). Loud enough that no one (other than a deaf person) could sleep through it.

What a delightful, no stress stay! A young man, Zion, at the front desk, helped to make checking in an ease and provided such helpful information regarding our stay…on several occasions. Can’t begin to express how personable he was. The young lady that provided the breakfast was so sweet and inviting. She’s a gem! Definitely will stay at this wonderfully clean hotel again!

Our room was clean and quiet - in the creekside rooms. All the staff we met during our 4 day stay were friendly and courteous. The food in the breakfast room and in the pub was good. We appreciated having refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in our room.
