Overall a great experience. Staff in lobby was very friendly and efficient. The room smelled amazing, noticed it as soon as I opened the door. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.The road outside my window was loud but I don't see there is anything the hotel could do about that.

Very convenient location, close to the freeway. Check in was fast. One issue is probably some of the facilities for rooms don’t have an elevator so accessibility might be an issue.

My review is based solely on the fact that I was staying for a conference. I went back during my lunch time at the conference to find my food had been thrown away and my room had been cleaned, all prior to check out. I reached out to the hotel and received no response. This whole situation has shown they value available rooms over paying guests. Incredibly disappointing.
