the lady in the office was nice and very helpful. The room on the other hand was gross. the floor has nit been mopped in a long time. I actually cleaned the floor with the towel and it was disgusting..the light blanket looked like it had not been.washed in a long time. had dirt and burn holes on it. the bathroom walls were gross blood on the back of the door knob. The TV has some sticky substance all over it. The price was cheap but not having a room be sanitary is a shame.

Horrible. Price was jacked up due to parent's weekend. Room was dirty, towels nasty, and every time we left had to get new keys to room. Stay away from this place!

I felt so bad for the staff there, they really tried their best to help us. We walked into the room and it took about 2 minutes for us to decide we were not going to stay there. It smelled like someone smoked both cigarettes and weed with the windows shut for days! There was also whay appears to be blood stains in the Bathroom. I do not recommend this place for families. Luckily we did get our money back

Room was dingy and barren. Cigarette burns in blanket, leaky faucets, water damage stains and blistering in bathroom, no comforter, no remote for TV, holes in curtains and overall gave off I might get bedbugs vibe.

The dirty towels from the previous people were still there in the bathroom. There was food crumbs on the counter and we didn’t have any food in the room so it wasn’t from us. The fan for the bathroom didn’t work, which is probably why there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling. The floors didn’t seem like they were mopped. There wasn’t any hangers for the “closets.” There was mold all along the crack of the shower wall and floor. It took at least 10 minutes for the front desk lady complete check in for us and during that time, the line behind us grew to 4-5 people deep. Staff were friendly though.
