Don't Stay Here

Of course, pics can be deceiving, but this was beyond. There are stains on all the cement walkways outside and paint was chipping on all the exterior walls. Inside the room, the floor had trash under the bed and the shower was dirty. It was a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. You must pull your door shut, as it doesn't close on its' own. The blanket had stains and it looked like there were blood stains on the pillow cases. We reserved the room for 3 people but received towels and pillows for only 2 people. The AC struggles to work and the window screen frame was cracked and bugs flew in when the window was open. The word "pipe" was scratched into the bathroom mirror frame, evidence of past drug escapades. Since this motel offers weekly rates, there are many people who were loitering outside smoking marijuana. They close the laundry room at 8pm due to noise and vandalism according to a sign. As you walk to your room, the loitering guests just stare at you. Overall, you don't feel safe walking around here and you feel dirty in the room. This establishment should be taken off hotels.com since it doesn't even meet a 1 star standard.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Holes in comforters, dirty, toilet seat falling off, smoke filled(non-smoking hotel) and no screen on the window to air it out. It was so bad we had to laugh, because it was unbelievable. We are fine with basic motels but this was too much. Makes us rethink the hotels Expedia represents & their descriptions.

The property was dirty and we did not feel safe in that location. Someone definitely needs to attend to this property. The place was very dirty and unsanitary. The beds were bad , the nights very noisy and we had some random person knock on the door in the morning. This place almost ruined our holiday.

Filthy. Needs some repairs. The whole panel on the elevator moves when you push the floor button. Elevator is dirty, walkways are dirty stairway is dirty. I requested a broom and some cleaning cloths the first time I saw the room. Other people's hair and dirt still on the floor. The nice girl from housekeeping and I cleaned the room before we could unpack.

Property has vagrants wandering around the parking lot looking in cars. The room was clearly not well maintained and evidence of mold in the bathroom existed. Immediately attempted to check out and the staff said that “third party” check ins were unable to be dealt with at desk however rejected any attempt at any sort of compensation Location on map looked ok but was clear that the property itself is not maintained and is not safe for property in cars as threats exist in parking lot

I had to make room habitable by buying sheets, comforters, towels and pillows because what they had was old and not clean. The last night there at between 2-4am someone was knocking loud at the door so I get up to ask who it was and she said front desk did you let someone in your room and I said no then she said well then I’m not talking to you and I told her to stop knocking like she was crazy and she said she could do what she wanted because she worked there, I looked out the peephole and her and the gentleman both looked haggard and neither had name tags or hotel uniforms showing they worked there which was scary. The only good thing from this stay was that the front desk people were nice during the day, the AC was cold, water was hot and the fridge worked. The place could be decent with upgrades, new linen, deep clean and professional employees if those people that were knocking in fact worked there wore uniforms

Terrible is not bad enough!

My stay was from June 12 through 17, 2025. Total cost $1,001. This is total robbery for a 1-star hotel at best. Gouging parents and families during specific times of the year in Eugene. In the first room the heater did not work and there was no remote for the tv. The floors were dirty, stained, walls had holes from being punched or damaged in other ways and there were bugs. After requesting another room and getting it, the heater worked and remote was there. The comforter on the bed was stained with "yellow" spots. The first night. I slept in my clothes in the chair, the next day I bought my own sheets and a comforter. The only bright spot was the young lady on duty. I will never return to Eugene or that hotel.

When we checked in, the blanket wasn’t even ready in the room. I feel like the room is not clean. The smell of smoke inside the room gave us a bad headache and allergies. We like Angel who’s the manager. She’s very nice and accommodating.
