I payed online and they asked for my credit card and charged it again.
I was charged $4.00 more than I payed online which is the charge for a room with microwave and fridge. I did not get a microwave or fridge. I was too tired to do anything about it. Generally a not exciting experience.

It was a decent stay. It is right I-5 freeway and lots of choices to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful.
A few maintenance items for the room needed addressing. A bedside light bulb was out. The cable on the TV would not come on the first night. The bathroom door hinges need adjusting, the door would not close. The door to the room had no weatherstripping around, the cool air at night seeped in.
For the amount of time we spent in the room, the price was right. We slept there and went out during the day. We would consider staying there again during the summer when the outdoor pool is open

At first the location looked sketchy but turned out not too bad. Staff was very helpful and kind. Bed was comfortable. Door did not seal very well and allowed light into the room. Overall for a quick stay it was okay. Wouldn’t stay more than a few nights.
The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes it made it really hard to breath. You can also hear EVERYTHING in the rooms around you. But it was a convenient location to stop to sleep on a road trip.
Staff was rude, asked for handicap accommodations was told it was impossible. No way to cool the room, only 2 settings hot and hotter. Room was so small wife had a difficult time navigating it. was told had I told the front desk clerk that my wife had trouble with stairs that they could have given a different room. Told them about the problems, was told that I could stay somewhere else. As we were unpacking, someone else was given keys to our room as well as someone unlocked the door and started into our room. THIS is the first time I have EVER made the decision to get a refund and just NOT stay. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and as I was attempting to get the refund told me he didnt want to talk to me anymore.
Staff is nice and does their best. So far.
The cleaning staff can only clean up so much dog poop. And it’s a lot. I worked at a dog shelter. We are talking dog shelter amounts of loose dung every day.
The loose dogs who instinctively go poop in the corner grass are more polite than some of these renters making their leashed dogs poop on the sidewalk and leave it. The cleaning staff keeps the walkways and parking lot clear. But the worst part is renters making a janitor clean it up. There’s designated dog walking areas but people let their dogs on anywhere. Like right in front of your door. Human dog owners here are the entire difference. The loose dogs are more polite!
