Property is OK. Rooms clean. A/C was warm and noisy, so turned it off and opened windows at night to cool. Lights on sides of TV were faulty and came on at 4am out of the blue and couldn't turn them off.

My room was definitely not cleaned and recently used. There was hair in my bed, the bathroom looked unclean too. There was no extra blankets and it was very cold. The tv had no clear instructions on how to use and took me time to try to figure out why there were two remotes. I called to office to discuss the issues in my room and no one ever answered. I would not recommend anyone stay here. There also could not find my reservation and was billed 3 times for the same room. I spent an hr calling to have by charges fixed once I got into the room. At checkout the girl at the counter hardly said two words to me and was not friendly and looked annoyed when I asked for receipt.

This place was a disaster. The bed sheets had bodily fluids still on them, along with body hair. When asked for a different room, I was given a room with a broken air conditioner, no working lights in the room and the bathroom door was unable to be closed and locked. When mentioned to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do, they offered me a refund of $9.36 on a $120.00 bill for my stay. When confronted about it, they stated I had agreed to the little amount and that they were not going to do anything further for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I booked a room and was confirmed. Upon arrival at 10pm they said the room hadn’t been cleaned and no one could clean it. They couldn’t let me know hours earlier? They wouldn’t even offer to book another room at another property. Horrible!

They got a laundry room for guests. The place gets difficult customers but the property does their best. I have yet to get a microwave or fridge with a freezer even when I booked it that way.

Great stuff but issues with the room

The bed was a little stiff but it was great everything was clean I wasn't thrilled with the air conditioner it would not Cool the room down even set it 60° We had an issue with the TV and the front desk said that maintenance would be in in the morning but we were really busy our trip was packed and we wouldn't be able to meet with them On our second night half of the hotel room lost electricity we let the front desk know and they wanted to change rooms but it was very late and we had to be up extremely early both days and wouldn't be back till extremely late both days so we chose to just run an extinction cord The staff was friendly just there wasn't much they could do about the situation when we didn't have a lot of time to deal with it

Floors were dirty, no hairdryer, no shampoo or conditioner. Building is definitely old and appeared to be a few homeless people around the complex. Service was poor. Will not stay there ever again
