First impressions make huge difference! First thing, I was truly impressed with the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel ambiance was gorgeous! The security of elevator needing a room key to operate made me feel super safe. My room was impeccable! Beautiful and super clean. Bed was so cozy and I woke up feeling rested and refreshed! There isn’t one thing to complain about. I have never had this type of experience staying away from my own home.

For the busy downtown area, the valet parking is wonderful. Love having two options of different restaurants within the hotel. Plus the speakeasy. The Gordon is alwaysmy number one pick when we are in town.

We love staying at the Gordon. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tate at the front desk was very accommodating. The room of our was being worked on so it was very noisy throughout our stay unfortunately.

Great hotel with one exception - when you valet they will require you to remove everything out of your vehicle. I do mean everything - we had xmas gifts and work items and all of them had to be removed and checked at bell desk. Its super weird.

Love the corner rooms! Nice and light. Even included a USB-C charging port. The only downside this time was it took 20 minutes to get our car from the mandatory valet - it was at a busy time, and they did the best they could

Beautiful property with very stylish design and amenities. Great location. Bikes available tomorrow to ride along the lame river… Very cool area. However, the train is very loud so if you’re a light sleeper, you might wanna reconsider.

The SpeakEasy was a special, fun addition to the hotel! One suggestion is that period music be the background music. Current contemporary music took away the ambience of this special place! Very lovely, comfortable hotel!
