All staff was awesome! Shout out to Omar and Shelly!! The location was great. And we felt safe including the gated parking. Breakfast was spot on. I live me some biscuits and gravy. It was clean, nicely decorated and the balcony was eye catching. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Thank you for the help with plates and whatnot for our take out. I will stongly recommend staying here.

Staff was helpful and friendly but the neighborhood is terrible and even though they say pet friendly, there is NO PET AREA?! No grass anywhere. There were ants in the room, not a lot but it's obviously an issue. Ther parking lot is gated with a code but immediately outside the gate were homeless people in tents on the sidewalk so absolutely no where to take my dog to do her business. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but left after first night. Would not recommend.

It seems like this was once a beautiful property, but currently it’s fenced and secure due, sadly, to a large homeless population. Traffic noise is quite loud off of 101, and the wireless internet was incredibly slow and frequently froze or disconnected. I work on the road sometimes, and had to go to the public library everyday to be able to reliably send and receive emails and documents. Hotels should have to disclose their internet speed, especially when it’s advertised as an amenity.

Disgusting, smells like smoke and mold. Across from weed store with loud thugs hanging out at night. Window covered in mold, filthy stained furniture. We took pictures as evidence. Do not stay here!

Very secure gated parking area.
Arrived early but was able to check in. The manager on duty was wonderful. She even gave me my points which I’d forgotten I was eligible for. In checking out I left behind an item but was able to retrieve it with no hassle.
