It was an older hotel; I pulled in at 1:00 a.m. with my family. The lady working the desk was extremely friendly. Once we got into our room, I couldn't get over how massive it was lol. I felt like a king. This was by far the most comfortable bed. The food was straightforward, but the hotel was very affordable.

I had called asking for room rates. I told the girl on the phone I was looking at Expedia and would like to compare rates. I said I was a Senior Disabled veteran with AAA. She quoted me a price which was $6 over Expedias and I asked if she can match it. She told me she can’t and they don’t do that. Her tone of voice I really didn’t appreciate so I said I would use Expedia and she said fine. After we hung up I really didn’t want to stay but the wife said go ahead. We got to the hotel in our RV and I went inside to register. I registered and this young thin girl with glasses wasn’t too friendly. She gave me the form back and said she needs a vehicle license written down. I said I wrote Dodge RV. California plate. She gave it back to me and told me to go outside and get it. It was very cold outside and I’m almost 70 . I said I wrote my vehicle description I don’t remember the plate. She told me again to go outside and get it. 3 times she so rudely told me to go get it. This girl was so unprofessional and rude to me with her attitude. We had a good stay except for this young rude girl.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The Christmas decorations gave us a homey feeling immediately. We had a fireplace in our room. We spent New Years Eve in this motel. It was the best motel on our roadtrip up the pacific coast!

The room was very clean and comfortable but the decor was really dated- it felt like being in a 1980s JCPenney catalog. The blanket was on the thin side and the heater only blew out cool air. The employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times over the last three years. This is an older hotel, but we enjoy the rustic appeal and charm. As soon as we walk in the front door and are greeted by Angela at the front desk we feel very welcome and glad we made the choice to stay here. They do have a free breakfast that does start the day, although it is on the basic side, cold cereal, bagel, oatmeal, and fruit. Beds and pillows are both a little on the firm side to me. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

Saturday night staff December 6th was aggressive towards my a few girls on my basketball team and physically accosted a few of my girls by making contact without consent. The girls were being too rowdy but physical contact with a minor is never ok. I have stayed here many times before with my teams over the years but this will be my last year staying here.
