The room smelled awful with a strong air freshener.It was so strong it made me feel sick. The room had a lot of mold in the bathroom and you could nit open any windows. I will never stay there again.

Very dated run down hot tub not working patches on the walls room smelt so bad of fabiuloso( cleaner) had to sleep with the slider open and heater up high but the view was great

This is an absolute hidden gem! this popped up by mistake when we were looking for a place to stay for a girls weekend. It is front view seats only for the most beautiful view ever it’s nice place to stay. It has a nice restaurant. It also has the ocean on one side in the bay on the other this is absolutely fantastic and everyone who worked here was super kind. Thank you!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the TV randomly turned off, the mini fridge only had three legs and tipped over, the sheets did not fit the bed, the blanket was an insulated curtain, the toilet was made for a very short person, the extra blanket I asked for had a hole I. It, the pillows were lumpy, and the service disinterested and inexperienced.the view was great and the the room was clean and the water was hot. There was no housekeeping.

It was just what we hoped for, clean, comfortable hotel with views of storm surf and lighthouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left my jacket in the closet. The staff held it untill i could retrieve it 2 days later. Just great stay.

I was disappointed. This was listed as a three star hotel. Should have been two stars. It looks great when you drive up and the location is awesome but when you get out of your car you see garbage in the planter outside the front door, the elevator is the next sign of terrible deferred maintenance and uncleanliness. The room had multiple problem areas, unclean to my standards and the beds were hard and lumpy. Never again.

There are kids in charge of this place, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but they had no control over the guests. Little kids were running thru the halls at 5:45am, little kids were running soaking wet from the pool to their room, etc. HOWEVER. Location, location, location. Stunning views

The balcony door lock didn't work n was never fixed. Warning, if you're a smoker, you CANNOT smoke outside on your own balcony. Limited menu. Place not as nice as we expected.

This used to be a very nice place, well worth the money, and I was excited to stay. I was very disappointed and would not recommend staying here. Motel 6 is cleaner and has nicer beds and is half the price! For the price of this hotel, the bare minimum is that it should be clean! There was dirt in the corners of the room, the windows were dirty(paid extra for an ocean view), the beds are a foam mattress, and the sheets are weird feeling. The pool area( which was part of the draw of this hotel) was filthy! Dirt on the floor, empty drink cups, torn up pool noodle, things floating in the pool and tub (I’m assuming the filter wasn’t working), the pool was cloudy, no controls for the tub (no jets, just a warm tub). The shower head was broken off making it unusable to rinse off. The next day nothing had been cleaned and there was a homeless person sitting outside of the pool area (not bad, but as he was sitting by the exit door, I was uncomfortable)
