We liked the location and ocean view. Hotel is getting run down , not very clean, our door screen had big hole in it so we couldn’t leave it open and enjoy the sounds of the ocean ,windows dirty so could not see out very well , front desk staff when checking in was not overly friendly - no breakfast included, we will not be back !

The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were not working which was part of what we paid for. Although I called the manager several times about a compensating credit, my call was never returned. The desk staff was difficult to work with. Joanna, the breakfast attendant, was incredible!

The hot tub and pool were out of order. The dining room did have very good food with nice view. The building needs maintenance. Our screen door was off and rusty. Deteriorated around the window frames. Beautiful ocean front view however

First of all, walking in, wasn’t greeted. Instantly asked for an id and he sat on his phone while checking us in. When using one of the carts to haul our stuff they were very loud as in very worn out and squealed. Woke us up in the morning multiple times while people were leaving. The elevator was disgusting and squealed. Upon getting to the room it wasn’t cleaned well at all, underneath the bed was filthy, the bed frame was crooked, multiple trim pieces throughout the room were falling off. The fridge wasn’t cleaned inside, it was completely iced up, wasn’t able to fit anything in the freezer. The hair dryer wasn’t working and ended up being a tripped plug in we had to trace. The sliding screen didn’t move when wanting to keep the sliding door open to enjoy the sound of the ocean, the balcony wasn’t touched and was filthy. For being such an expensive hotel would have hoped for a better breakfast discount, and they don’t tell you it only applies to selected items. When leaving, the lady sat on her phone laying on the front desk not even acknowledging we left and dropped the keys off. Overall the place is falling apart and needs mayor attention. Please be aware, I hate to say it, but definetly not worth the price. You won’t feel welcomed at all. The ocean view is the only ok part of this hotel.

Pictures were deceiving. Property was very unkept. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Lots of trash. Hallway to room was littered with bottle caps and dust bunnies. Bathroom was very dark. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was gross. I would have left for another hotel if it had not been a 7 hour drive.

Hotel canceled reservation

They canceled my reservation without notifying me! I booked on Hotels.com and chose the "Pay at Property" option. The hotel charged my card before I arrived, said it didn't work, and I received an email (at 2am) about 11 hours before check-in saying I had 24 hours to provide another form of payment. I sent a message on the Hotels App and they did not reply. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, they said my reservation was canceled, and my room was booked. Even though they said I had 24 hours to provide another method of payment. They canceled my reservation before 24 hours, and did not ever send a message it was canceled. On the app, it said I still had a reservation. The desk clerk said the manager was out of the country. I had to book another room at a higher price because there were almost no rooms left in town. The Hotels.com customer service has reached out to the hotel and they refuse to honor my original price.

The room was cleaned OK, the floor was freshly mopped. They did not give us the suite like we reserved through Expedia and would not discount the rollaway (we were expecting a couch with a pull out). The hallway floors were absolutely disgusting, the tile sections had dust balls of animal and human hair floating around and the carpeted stairs had mats of dog hair. The pool was gross, they used excessive chemicals to make up for the fact that no one is there maintaining it regularly. The floor around the pool was visibly dirty and had balls of human hair everywhere; hair floating in the hot tub as well. The pool skimmer was laying on the floor with dirt and hair still in it. I didn't feel comfortable to even sit on the edge of the pool. They didn't have a laundry basket for the pool towels so people were leaving them on the floor and no one came through to clean up.
