Something had an accident in the hallway and left fecal matter all over and staff had to be asked 3 times to come clean it. There was various issues with the conditions of the property as well.

Wonderful weekend

Perfect location for exploring the Redwoods. View from our room was stunning. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Food venues in the area was limited but the Good Harvest Cafe was really good. Restaurant in hotel was OK. TV was difficult for us but only cuz we never used Roku. Finally figured it out 2nd day. Definitely going back!!

New Years stay

The room was very clean, but we did not get house keeping service the rest of our stay 3days. The hotel definitly needs some TLC it's showing it's age. The front desk staff was good bur not the friendliest. Restaurant food and staff was great. The hardwood floors do nothing to dampen the sound from the other rooms.

No Pool No Hot tub, No breakfast, No vending, slow tub drains on second floor. Just an absolute overpriced Motel, that’s right it’s a Motel which means much lower class than a Hotel Zero stars, I want my money back

For over $100/night? Not worth it! The view is excellent, but the property condition needs serious upgrading and improvement! The hallway floor was dirty, the walls are way too thin. While the bathtub was ok, the soap dispensers were not filled, the shower curtain was torn. Overall, the condition for this place was Motel 6 quality. If you want ocean view, then come stay just for that, but do not expect much. You might as well go to a motel for that quality. Otherwise, go up to Brooking, where it might be a little more expensive, but much better than this slum house. This was our 2nd time staying here, but we must say that it had gone way down in quality, yet way up in pricing comparing to the first time we stayed. Not coming back, not recommending.

Walls very thin. You could hear others in rooms and doors closing. For $120 /night.- was more like a $70 quality motel with all amenities and toiletries as well. No breakfast - pool and spa was closed. No fresh coffee in lobby area in am either.

NO OPERATIONAL POOL OR HOT TUB!!

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a pool and hot tub. We arrived and there was a sign stating that the pool and hot tub were out of service. After talking to an employee, I was told that the pool and hot tub haven't been in operation for a couple of years...they should NOT be able to advertise this on the various booking platforms as that is fraud. I asked to cancel but was told that they couldn't cancel and refund my money because I booked through Hotels.com/Expedia. It was late on Christmas eve so we didn't have much of an option to try to get thing resolved so we ended up staying. It was very frustrating
