The property was advertised as a new hotel that was just opened a few weeks, yet when we got to our room, the furniture & fixtures were very dated, even the carpet was old. It smelled musty and old and dirty. I booked a room with a kitchenette and had to pay double the price of a regular room but the frustrating part is that the kitchen amenities were below par and almost unusable. The fridge was old and didn’t have door shelving. There were no proper kitchenware and utensils. There wasn’t even any dish soap, dishwashing sponge nor any dish towels. I had to ask for those to be provided and we didn’t get them till a day later with the dish towels unwashed - came straight from store with tags still on it. The dinnerware didn’t match and looked like they were from a thrift store. On top of that, it was so NOISY that I couldn’t sleep well because the street noise was so bad. The window type air conditioning was also loud and old. So no respite there. Needless to say, it wasn’t a good experience especially with the price we paid. Parking was also very tight.
The only good thing I can say about the hotel was the staff. Misty the manager was very helpful and did what she could under the circumstances. But I would NOT recommend this hotel.
