The staff was extremely nice and helpful except for one lady who wasn’t there very long building in room fairly clean, but definitely outdated and a bit ran down. The area is heavily populated by homelessness and drug activity.

The check in person was very pleasant and my room was clean. But the area around the hotel feels unsafe and the hotel employee mentioned there are a lot of homeless in the area (which I certainly do see). I’m praying my car doesn’t get stolen. I’m a solo traveler and safety is very important to me. Hotels in the area have gates surrounding their properties but unfortunately this hotel does not. I expected more given the Wyndham brand.

It was clean and quiet. We didn’t make it to breakfast since it ended way too early, but overall it was a nice, inexpensive stop to get some rest and head out the next day.

Unpleasant check in experience. Was told he hoped no one came to check in for 12 more minutes because he was busy? Toilet ran non stop in room. Sink was broken and stopper covered in mold. Left for the afternoon and came back to the room flooded from the ac unit. Clerk seemed annoyed i wanted a new room and didn't want to clean up the flood myself. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal. Won't be back

The staff was friendly but only after you approached them. The property was convenient to the expressway. But not a very good neighborhood.

There were vagrants hanging out in front of the hotel Plus since I had a room closed for the lobby workers staying in the motel, began filling ice chest making a lot of racket beginning about four in the morning.

The property provided no ability to see/watch our car. The entry doors were on the interior which spooked our dog. The clerk was very rude and un helpful. We left and booked at another place down the road.
