The listing mentioned breakfast included, but in reality, it was just coffee and a few granola bars — hardly what you'd expect from a hotel offering breakfast. Additionally, they charged us for minor marks on a towel that could have been easily cleaned. We've stayed at many hotels before and never encountered such unreasonable charges. It feels like they're more focused on squeezing money from guests than providing quality service. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this place.

Was ok for one night. But did get charged the $100 deposit, for no reason. Am now currently dealing with trying to get that back. N mentioned this to staff at check out. They said it would not charge my card. It did!! So watch your bank statement!!

On the one hand it was very clean and had two bedrooms with a kitchen, so it was perfect for a family. However, it turned out to have one side of the building on Hwy 101 and was quite noisy. Individuals were going through the entire dumpster and pulling everything onto the ground.

This property is an absolute joke, It is on a rough side of town with homeless walking up and down the street at all hours of the day, there is not enough parking to accommodate the rooms, And it is completely unsafe to leave your car on the road, as a middle age woman.I have never in my life ever been charged an incidental fee at a hotel, And I read reviews where people specifically said they were charged an unreasonable fee for "dirty towels", The towels at this hotel first of all are incredibly thin and cheap, Secondly having been warned about that before we stayed, I made extra certain to pay close attention to how we treated the towels and whether or not there were any abnormal marks on them, Mind you that towel bar on our shower was actually missing The rubber weatherstripping that holds the towel bar to the glass and actually in its place Was a folded up piece of cardboard, So we had no choice but to neatly fold up our towels and leave them on the ground due to the towel bar being unsecure to the glass, Sure enough.When the incidental charge was refunded it was thirty five dollars short and they stated dirty towels! Buyer beware! I am filing a dispute first thing in the morning with my bank, I am also filing a dispute on expedia, As I have already called the hotel And was given a lack luster response As i'm sure the poor employees are dealing with this on a nonstop bases from plenty of Innocent customers Like myself As indicated in other reviews....

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and combined with the constant traffic noise outside, getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible. I ended up relying on a sleep aid just to get through the night. If sleep is a priority, this might not be the best option. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Not your typical Super 8 hotel. It was more like checking into a townhome. It was super nice and super updated. The only thing we wish we would have known was that the breakfast was a "grab and go" style, so we ended up "grabbing" a granola bar and then "going" elsewhere to get full.
