First time visit great place to sleep. A/C comes out cold. Close by the mine highway. Between 25 to 35 minutes away from Eureka and Acarta. Bathroom super clean. Has all Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash. Next door a She’ll Gas station if you need to fill up. But overall comfortable.

First this is not a “boutique hotel”. It looks like a crappy motel 6 from the 80s that was lightly remodeled. “Breakfast” consisted of cereal, cotton bananas and smooshed muffins. The hotel is not located in a nice are, although the river is across the street. (But out of sight) On top of all of that the pool was broken so my kids couldn’t even swim.

The pictures were deceiving. This place isn’t very clean and was out of date/cheaply furnished. The pool was out of order and the manager had the wrong room and barged into ours in the evening waking our 1 year old and making her cry. It was very difficult to get her back to sleep and then my wife and I didn’t sleep well due to the uncomfortable bed and uncertainty of if they would accidentally give our room to another guest and have them barge in also.

Ok, time for an honest review. This property was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. To say the property is in poor repair would be an understatement. The linen was stained and smelled horrible, the shower head was moldy, there was dust everywhere and the pool was out of order. When I checked in, it was as if I’d been catfished. Definitely wasn’t a restful night. Not sure where the patrons who wrote this place is a hidden gem are used to staying but…for me this place was a total disappointment.

Pool was closed the whole time & not mentioned why. Beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast did not have enough cooked for the hotel being full & only cooked enough to feed maybe a 1/4 of the guests. Families with kids standing around for 20 minutes waiting for food, coffee, even water. No front desk presence. Very understaffed.

The room condition needs remodeling to clean up scratched bathroom door, throw away the ugly plastic maroon color shower curtain for the bathtub. It is Not a boutique hotel, it is just an ugly 2 star hotel, I feel depressed when entering the room 128. I could hear people talking in front of our room when door and window were closed.

Was very disappointed that there was free breakfast as stated on the site. Also room not ready Toilet leaked Pool and hottub not in service. Very disappointed in that after long drive. There was no durext tv in our room. All other rooms had direct tv and. The cable they had was spotty. Never go back there!!! I think i deserve some kind of refund.
