The place was old and run down in the rooms. The matresses were old and squeaky and the walls were paper thin.

Upon arrival, staff was quick to respond and made my check-in easy. Was charged $30 for a 30min early check-in but reasonable. Room was a bit outdated but still cozy. Air conditioning for the room is a bit loud and old but still effective. Good amount of the amenities are old but functional. The surrounding area and location itself was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast appeared well made and a nice conveniency. The outdoor lounge area was very pleasing but could not enjoy it much sadly due to the rain soaking the tables and seats, would be great if they had umbrellas for the area. The room had decent security hardware that made the stay fairly comfortable. Indoor swimming pool was also a definite plus. Facility was also clean and had a very welcoming layout and simple parking lot. It should be noted that the parking lot is open parking lot but the area is peaceful so wouldn't stress the need for fencing too much.

Would choose a different place next time.
Beds seemed like they were from Wayfarer, metal frame with a mattress on top. Not impressed by that and not close to what is in photos. Nice person working front at breakfast. The breakfast was inedible though. Gravy for biscuits was gnarley, foul. Juice & biscuit was all I could eat. Coffee- I poured it out. There were loud people nearby and the folks next door yelled out to them that they were calling the cops. 2:30am in the morning. I heard through my front door that they had tried contacting the front desk but couldn't find anyone. Staff seemed to clustered all the guests on one side, which was next to the parking, which was a drag with folks that haven't turned off their horn going off when they lock the car. Probably not horrible all the time, but I got robbed of sleep by inconsiderate next door neighbors, cars too close, and a bed & pillows that were not as featured in the photos.

This place seems a lot nicer in the ads/pictures than in reality. It’s a little run down, just slightly accented to look boutique. It took three visits to the front desk to get our key card to work. Wifi was very slow.

This hotel was not good
Not sure why this hotel came so highly rated. This place was run down and the rooms were in bad shape. It’s one of those hotel rooms that just by the look of it made us immediately check for bed bugs. Glad it was just a quick stop for sleep on a road trip because it was incredibly disappointing for a “boutique” hotel. The breakfast was mid and the shower was gross. I will give them credit for having free EV charging. That was a nice perk. Everything else was not good.
