A VICTORIAN LADY IN THE OZARKS

IN THE HEART OF EUREKA SPRINGS. CLOSE TO HISTORIC Downtown, QUALITY INN IS A VICTORIAN LADY COMPLETE WITH FOUNTAIN GARDEN, BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING AND FLOWERS, A SALT WATER POOL AND AN EXCELLENT BREAKFAST IN A VICTORIAN TEA ROOM. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND SUPERCOURTEOUS. THE ROOM MET MY NEEDS AS A DISABLED PERSON. VERY GOOD PRICE FOR A QUALITY ROOM AND BREAKFAST.

Good night sleep tight, let the bed bugs bite!

I read several reviews before staying at this hotel. It seemed like a nice place to stay, but I will never stay here again! When departing I pulled back the sheets to make sure we weren’t leaving anything behind and noticed bed bugs!!! My daughter was itching the night before, but we thought it was misquote bites. When I called to report it, I was told to leave and they would have it thoroughly checked. Of course the manager called back to inform me that none were found. However pictures don’t lie! In addition to the bed bugs, there were also ants everywhere, and we had to call for fresh towels. Please be careful if staying at this place!

Room was humid. You feel muggy the whole time. Bathroom is not properly ventilated. Gets too hot and door needs to stay open. Outside of this, it was a nice place. Really wanted to like it, but uncomfortableness of room really took away from experience

The overnight check-in clerk was phenomenal. So kind and helpful. The place is beautiful. Lots of flowers/gardens. The bed was super comfy.
