This place was very pleasing for a relaxing get away. the gardens were very pretty as was the fountain. Hot breakfast was good , ,my partner would've liked to have had a protein selection however over all it as yummy. Rooms were clean and pet friendly.

When I asked about canceling our second night to move on with our road trip (due to rain) I was told no I had booked under a 2 day code (which I wasn’t aware of) as I booked in Hotel.com the staff member wasn’t real friendly. Everyone else was great. They could use air freshners in the rooms - they were clean but smelled ‘old’. I had read the breakfast was great - odd there was not a meat option.

We have loved every single thing! Check in was a breeze and the lady was super sweet. These beds are so comfortable after a long day of being out in this heat. Parking is easy. 10/10 and if we come back, we will stay here!

Soft beds, very quiet cute garden seating with a fountain. Close to downtown. Pool was clean and towels were maintained.

The room was somewhat dated but very clean and had everything you’d expect. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were super friendly. Mattress was fine. Close to downtown and Java Dudes. Older building showing signs of wear, but the landscaping and flowers on the entire grounds were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Also loved having a pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was a good value. We’ll be back!

Good location easy transportation

Stayed for our anniversary. Hotel in good location with a trolley stop. Liked having breakfast buffet open a little later. Nice pool which was clean.

IN THE HEART OF EUREKA SPRINGS. CLOSE TO HISTORIC Downtown, QUALITY INN IS A VICTORIAN LADY COMPLETE WITH FOUNTAIN GARDEN, BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING AND FLOWERS, A SALT WATER POOL AND AN EXCELLENT BREAKFAST IN A VICTORIAN TEA ROOM. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND SUPERCOURTEOUS. THE ROOM MET MY NEEDS AS A DISABLED PERSON. VERY GOOD PRICE FOR A QUALITY ROOM AND BREAKFAST.

Good night sleep tight, let the bed bugs bite!

I read several reviews before staying at this hotel. It seemed like a nice place to stay, but I will never stay here again! When departing I pulled back the sheets to make sure we weren’t leaving anything behind and noticed bed bugs!!! My daughter was itching the night before, but we thought it was misquote bites. When I called to report it, I was told to leave and they would have it thoroughly checked. Of course the manager called back to inform me that none were found. However pictures don’t lie! In addition to the bed bugs, there were also ants everywhere, and we had to call for fresh towels. Please be careful if staying at this place!
