I arrived on Thanksgiving day after traveling and visiting family. When entering my room I discovered that the sheets were not changed( there was hair in the bed). I called the front desk to ask if anyone could come change the linens and bring to extra blankets. The front desk explained he was the only one there and that I would have to come down and pick them up to change myself. I was extremely tired but had to make sure to change the bedding. While changing the sheets discovered that the mattress had staining as well as crumbs in it. When checking out the same person was at the desk that checked me in. He told me that he gave $25 back and didn’t say much after. I didn’t come to stay at a hotel that was over $140 dollars a night to change my own bedding and believe that they should have done more to take care of the issue.
