This hotel was very clean and pretty. I did not give it 5 stars for two reasons. First, the room did not have the sheets, blanket and pillow in the room for the pullout couch. We had to request them from the front desk. Second, I was really wanting a swim but, the pool was down for maintenance. It would have been nice to know that before arriving so I could have made alternate plans.

I truly enjoyed my suite. I was able to spread out even though it was just myself and I appreciated being on the lower level. My only mention was that the room was dusty, even though it was clean. I would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Consistent and Reliable

My husband uses a wheelchair and the first room was great, but the air conditioning was not working. We were immediately moved to another handicapped accessible room within minutes. We have always used this hotel when visiting family in town (over 20 years) and will continue to do so.
