An okay family owned business

The mattress is firm so that was unusual. You only get 2 pillows on a queen bed which are 50% air but stacking the pillows gave me enough support. Bathroom was average and towels were soft. Not very warm sheets but you do control your room temp. Family owned rather than chain hotel. I don’t think they were used to being busy because they ran out of scrambled eggs one morning but I did see them replenishing them 10 mins later but by then i was done. Also juice machine ran out of orange juice concentrate.

First time to Washington for a wedding.. hotel waa very clean.. comfy beds.. well kept grounds.. and delicious hot breakfast every morning! Many restaurants and stores within walking distance.. highly recommend this hotel if visiting Monroe!!

comfortable beddings, quiet AC, good with city view; breakfast is so so and almost keeps the same for every day; staff are lazy and not welcoming; the worst thing is: fragrance is too strong, suffocating, making air felt filthy! Is it to cover up the pet's odor? I have decided not to stay in a pet-friendly hotel anymore.

The room was clean overall and it was comfortable. One of the sockets on the side of the bed was not working. On my second night I woke up with a few bed bug bites. I noticed that the bedsheets and mattress cover have slipped off the mattress at the head of the bed, so it was probably coming from the mattress.
