Our stay was one night, the room was cleaned adequately. But had a smell to it and the air conditioner made more noise than it did function. Had we booked more than one night we would have canceled it.

Needs lots of structural repairs. The staff was friendly and they’re doing their best but someone needs a major Remodel. There was hair in the shower still, the room smelled very strong of Febreze.

While the property was well maintained, it shows its' age. If you are looking for a clean, economical, and secure place to stay, especially near the fairgrounds, this is a good choice. There is no 2nd floor ADA access, in room coffee service needs to be requested, and there is no ice machine. (Ice is available for purchase in 10# bags from a vending machine.) There are many dining options nearby, including a very good family restaurant right next door.
