I have stayed there twice. The first time my room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was decent and clean. This time my room on the first floor was not maintained, almost clean, perpetually cold, and I had intruders in my room. Some of the staff was polite, some rude. I would not recommend it.

Everything was fine but I had to put down a 100 deposit that I was supposed to get back and initially they retired the deposit after my stay but then too the 100 back out of my account about 2 days later and gave no reasoning as to why I didn’t get the deposit back

The Front desk person was very nice and polite! I had questions about places to eat in the area and he gave me great suggestions. When I came back later in the evening he was still very nice even though he had been resting… 24 hour desk, it’s understood that late at night they go to their “room” and come out when a person comes in and triggers an alert. My room was very clean as was most of the facility. I’m glad that they have stepped up their game… reading reviews scared me a bit…. I ran into nothing that those bad reviews indicated. Great sysy’n

We came in to town very late while the desk agent was efficient he did not make me aware of the additional charges to have a late check out. He did not go over the deposit or any other terms. Once we got into the room we found and immense amount of hair in the shower, towels, shower curtain, and once we pulled back the sheets there was hair in the sheets. One of the beds had a blood stain on the blanket. The next we mentioned these times and the hair was still left after a cleaning the next day. The front desk staff was friendly and when i checked out and express my concerns it was received very well.

The hotel is pet friendly, which is fine, but our room wreaked of wet dog. We were given “clean,” towels every day but there were stains on the washcloths every time they were swapped. Also, our continental breakfast was raided by a hoard of homeless people who took ALL the food and more from the hotel.

Look somewhere else
We visited this location after a power outage in the area being displaced. I’m just looking for electricity and showers. The area is not great and the TV didn’t work, the response from the front desk when asking for support was minimal and dismissive. The shower was not easy to use and water pressure was weak. Not somewhere I would recommend.
