This is a situation of, “you get what you pay for.” Affordable and convenient for why we were in the area. The rooms were decent, simple, and clean. The hotel was located in a pretty “ghetto” part of town but had lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was included but you would honestly never know it was an option because the food was almost non existent. No one was waiting at the front desk, ever unless you rang for them. Like I said, it’s a place to lay your head for the night but nothing special.

The hotel should NOT be listed as a red lion. Expedia needs to remove them from there site. There was someone pooping outside our window. The room had garbage on the floor. The drain atopped was just sitting in the sink. There was NO microwave. The breakfast room consisted of ONLY fruit loops and milk. @ 8am Plus we were woke up at 330a by someone trying to get in ALL the rooms, which they succeeded in my daughters room.

Room was not clean bathroom floor has brown sneer on floor that I had to clean up. I am waiting to speak to the manager who I call everyday to see what can be compensated. He is not calling me back. Not a good experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel is unfinished or under construction. There are NO ICE MACHINES or vending machines. The check in staff was great we chhecked in at about 8:30pm but, I went back because only one of our keys worked and there was no one present at the desk. I used the call button and waited about 10 min. I did this 2 more times seeing as we did not have the correct towels despite getting a hot tub room. I even called the hotel that night to no avail. It's an ok hotel on the WSU Everett and Everett CC campus. The Breakfast was pretty weak but it may have been the same employee.

The staff allowed me to check in early which was very lovely of them. The room was okay, but obviously spot cleaned. The door did not open properly and I’m still waiting for my $100 USA refund. If I have not received it by Oct 24 (5 business days) I will have to call them to request the refund which is always an inconvenience since I was assured it would be automatically refunded on the credit card I used.

The room was clean and bed comfy. Everything else was terrible. Broken faucet, sink, lamp. No cups for coffee. No staff except front desk who was masked.

Rooms are dirty. It didn’t look like it was cleaned much, floors were sticky… guests before us left a bunch of lash clusters on the chair & I guess the cleaners didn’t see it when “cleaning” the room. Floor was so gross I ended up wetting a towel & “mopping” the floor & it was disgustingly dirty. Then I took Lysol wipes to wipe the floor as well. It helped the stickiness a little. Dirt all accumulated along the baseboards & small nooks of the room. Whole building has a musty dusty smell as soon as you go in. Parking lot had trash all over the place as well. Upon booking, microwave was advertised but we did not have one in our room. My brother who had a room booked next to us had one, but he had roaches in his room. I also noticed the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. It was just sandwiched between two flat sheets. “Breakfast” was just some slices of bread & some packaged mini muffins. The few things that weren’t bad were the water pressure & temperature were pretty good. I love a hot shower & it got HOT… the bed was comfortable, LOOKED relatively clean. Didn’t have a problem w WiFi either.

Decent place to sleep, but could hear EVERYTHING from every room on my floor. I was scared my rental car was going to get broken into because of the people doing drugs in the parking lot late at night. Several vehicles appeared as long term residents with questionable exchanges of “services” happening in parking as well as women coming and going and being loud with their “services” all night.

The person who worked there specifically at 9:30 pm on October 13 2025 he said his name was Ali although I am not for sure on that. He was the most disrespectful staff person I have come across in a long time. He had attitude told me I was wrong about my own birthday even after handing over my ID, we ended up not staying and I'm glad because that level of disrespect didn't make me want to stay there anyway.

Everything is horrible. The floor in the room is sticky. For check in nobody was at the front desk, we have to wait and when someone finally appeared he was so grumpy. The beds are terrible and the parking worst. Its expensive for a hotel and a room like this.

I had a late check in my son checked in on Thursday. The nighttime staff approached him at 1:30 AM, 12:30 PM Saturday knocked on the door and harassed him and they made it seem like he was mentally unstable, I was originally in the room next to him, but my bed on the right hand side almost went through the floor. When I sat on it the other side was stable the day staff kindly replaced my room until Monday, the nighttime lady, rented out my Room, which I still had a key for and two other men harassed my son knocked on his door at 1:30 AM threatened him so we had an early checkout. It was horrible. How could they do this? The day staff was kind, but that nighttime staff, needs to be replaced immediately I had to spend more money on a motel 35 minutes away at 3:30 AM when all of this took took place, I am horrified and frightened.

When I arrived at the red line, it was nothing like the pictures on your website. When we walked into the lobby in the front desk, the smell inside was terrible. The gallo at the front desk seemed confused about my reservation.And we all decided we wanted to stay somewhere else because it just did not feel like a clean hotel. When I told the gal at the front desk, we were going to stay somewhere else She just handed me back my I.D and my debit card and did not explain to me that we were going to be charged for the rooms anyway. Nobody, I was with wanted to stay there, because the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I am requesting a refund for the rooms for the one night that I was charged to my debit card.

The Internet is poor strength but so am I.. Lol. Very nice to find a hotel that lets us stayso I can get on my way to a better way of living and off the streets. New ESA in training, so hope no one complains. Wonderful bed, kinda hard to get ahead with no restaurants discounts and online delivery scams for dining are ridiculous when everyone expects a tip on top of their pay and automatically delay or ruin your plans because they're trying to figure out a way to beef up the total Wish weeklymonthly rates were cheaper or at least posted ahead of checking in so I could budget better. Why isn't the tax already added in? Receipt should be available if "pay later" option because it's always PREPAY plus damage deposit or GO AWAY. Surprises dont jive well with solo stayers ($2700-$3000 mth) ouch
