The room was perfect and the staff were amazing! And all the staff was perfectly polite and friendly! There was an issue where my reservation was double booked and the staff solved it before I even had a chance to talk to them about it! From now on when I visit Everett I will only stay here

Horrible! It seems clean upon arrival, but after taking showers and letting the room warm up the bed bugs came out. We exited and told the front desk that we were leaving because of bed bugs (with pictures) and they still charged us full price for the room.

When asked where to go was told "oh no breakfast" When asked about coffee was told "on 2nd floor but its empty" Asked where ice machine told "machine broken" The hotel is in a very poor location Many street people around and it appeared some of them stayed in the hotel. The room was ok. Television didn’t work. Spent the night calling front desk. No one answered until 10 the next morning. Good thing I didn’t have a flight in early morning, There were people building things in lobby. Room door wasn’t secure. The stairs were blocked. No emergency exit. Extremely disappointed
