The lock on my door didn’t lock securely. There were alot of transient people around, as a woman I did not feel safe. The staff was not accommodating in providing change for the washer/dryer services as well as would not give me an extra blanket. I travel to the area frequently and will not stay here again.

These were really clean and nice to not have carpet. They had little kitchens. Safe knowing you had to have key card to get into the building. This was our favorite stay in Washington. The parking was very full when you arrived later at night.

Walked out 15 secs after arriving bc of pee stench

Went into the room, immediately was hit with the strong smell of urine, with a window propped open. The beds look like prison beds. The front desk staff was unprofessional, slow, rude, and dismissive.

This place was great. It had no carpet which meant it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. You had a complete kitchen and everything is just simple and clean. I loved it and the way you have to use your key to get into the hallway to get to your room, another bonus And the staff are always so nice. I didn’t miss not having breakfast. I didn’t miss not having a bar restaurant. I just love the fact it was clean.
