I think my room used to be a smoking room because it had that smell. The wall is thin and there a good amount gap between the door and door frame. It is not good if it is cold or hot outside or raining hard. The shower faucet was unique. I couldn't figure out how to get water run from shower head because there is nothing to turn or pull. The front desk told me "it is not broke. Everybody says that. Just pull the thing inside the faucet" at the check-out. If it was a known issue, they could tell me that when I checked-in or have some instructions in each room because my co-worker couldn't figure out it neither. The towels were yellowish and stained. The front-desk personnel was making art craft at the dining tables as if this is a day care facility when I checked in. The paints and papers were still there when we came for breakfast.

At check-in the staff was very professional through the night something bit me and I mentioned it to the morning clerk her response I took as very unprofessional so I decided not to stay another night here. I did take a picture of what was left of the insect that bit me. All the clerk said was whatever it was I wouldn’t have slept in that bed.
This is what bit me through the night I reported it and left it so the housekeeper could see it too

Room was very dirty. Lamps were missing bulbs and kept flickering. TV remote did not work. Towels and sheets were pilled, dingy and grayish. Carpet was very worn. Front staff was pleasant and welcoming.
