The room was nice and clean. However, I didn't like the bathroom upgrades, especially for a 2-queen suite, with no privacy door for the bathroom, or shower door enclosure they use to have these options.

I like the fact everything I ask of them to do for it happened. They got roses for my wife and bottle of Champagne for 37th wedding anniversary. The dinner at Fire house grill was excellent. I didn’t like the fact we had to leave the next day

My poor review is not for the Casino and accommodations, but for, in,this case the Valet Dept. and follow up for a theft of $1500.00 cash and diamond necklace from the valet as they stated our bags for us to do some additional gambling after checkout. The incident was reported as soon as discovered 5 days ago with employee descriptions, times, etc. with no response as of yet, very disappointing. Thank you, Michael Schaffer.
